Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pancake batter homemade or mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 breakfast sausage links
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Ambiano Electric Griddle to 350°F (medium-high). Brush the surface lightly with butter or oil.
  2. Pour pancake batter into four 4-inch rounds. Cook 2–3 minutes until edges look set, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm at low heat (200°F).
  3. Arrange sausage links on one side. Turn occasionally until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Crack eggs onto the griddle, spacing them apart. Season with salt and pepper and cook to your liking—sunny-side up or over-easy—about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Plate pancakes, eggs, and sausage together. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.
