Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper any color, diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and oregano (if using) to the egg mixture and stir to incorporate.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, crumbled bacon, green onions, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
