- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add shredded chicken and gnocchi, simmer until gnocchi float to the surface, about 3–5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Warm through but don’t let it boil.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color.
