Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Crackers crostini, or sliced baguette, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and toast for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove and let cool slightly.
  2. Transfer the Boursin cheese to a shallow bowl or small serving platter. Use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
  3. Scatter the toasted pistachios over the cheese. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with lemon zest if desired.
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately alongside crackers or crostini.
