- Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and toast in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook until softened, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 more minute to release aroma.
- In a large bowl, toss toasted bread cubes with the sautéed mixture. Gradually add chicken broth until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until top is crisp.
- Fluff with a fork and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm alongside turkey or roast.
