Ingredients

  • 4 medium to large oranges

Method

  1. Wash the oranges thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt, pesticides, or wax.
  2. Roll each orange firmly on the countertop using the palm of your hand. This breaks down some of the membranes inside and makes the juice easier to extract.
  3. Cut each orange in half across the equator (not through the stem).
  4. Using your juicer or reamer, extract the juice from each orange half. Apply firm, even pressure to get the most juice.
  5. If you prefer pulp-free juice, pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and maximum nutritional benefits.
