- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, water, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Add the mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then immediately reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for about 45 seconds, just until the sauce becomes fragrant and slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before transferring to a sterilized glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
