- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Pat the trout fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Broil for 6-8 minutes or until the trout flakes easily and the top is lightly golden.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, swirl for about 1 minute until golden brown, then stir in lemon juice.
- Drizzle the warm lemon-butter sauce over the broiled trout and garnish with parsley.
