  • 2 cups beef broth homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, add beef broth, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, chopped onion, and dried thyme.
