This ice cream cake is made by layering ice cream sandwiches with hot fudge, caramel, and whipped topping for a decadent no-bake frozen dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches unwrapped
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce warmed slightly
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Arrange 12 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer to cover the bottom completely.
  3. Drizzle hot fudge sauce evenly over the sandwiches using a spoon or squeeze bottle.
  4. Place the remaining 12 ice cream sandwiches on top of the fudge layer.
  5. Evenly pour caramel sauce over the second layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  6. Spread whipped topping in a smooth, even layer over the caramel.
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  8. Slice into 12 bars and serve cold.
