- Reduce heat and stir in yogurt; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk, bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot with rice or naan.
