Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth, about 1–2 minutes total.
  3. Stir vigorously for an additional minute to fully emulsify the coconut oil and chocolate.
  4. Let cool slightly, then drizzle over your favorite ice cream or frozen treat. The shell will harden almost instantly!
  5. Store any leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
