- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth, about 1–2 minutes total.
- Stir vigorously for an additional minute to fully emulsify the coconut oil and chocolate.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle over your favorite ice cream or frozen treat. The shell will harden almost instantly!
- Store any leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
