Method
- Pour chicken broth into the Instant Pot liner and place the trivet inside.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken on the trivet, seal the lid, and set to High Pressure for 10 minutes (add 2 more minutes if frozen).
- Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the chicken, let it rest 2–3 minutes, slice, and serve.
