Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust, making sure to spread it to the edges.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer.
- Follow with an even layer of butterscotch chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the chips.
- Top everything with the chopped nuts, pressing down gently to help everything adhere.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the coconut is lightly toasted.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting. For cleaner cuts, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before slicing.
