- Cook noodles al dente and drain. Mince garlic and chop green onions.
- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a small bowl until dissolved.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until just golden and fragrant.
- Pour in the soy–oyster mixture and simmer about 1 minute, stirring to combine with garlic butter.
- Add noodles and toss 2–3 minutes over medium-high heat until glossy and evenly coated.
- Drizzle sesame oil; add chili flakes if using. Toss to distribute.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of water.
