Ingredients
  

  • 400 g egg noodles cooked al dente
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles al dente and drain. Mince garlic and chop green onions.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a small bowl until dissolved.
  3. Melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until just golden and fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy–oyster mixture and simmer about 1 minute, stirring to combine with garlic butter.
  5. Add noodles and toss 2–3 minutes over medium-high heat until glossy and evenly coated.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil; add chili flakes if using. Toss to distribute.
  7. Transfer to a platter and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of water.
