- In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the eggs, half & half, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully incorporated.
- Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Start by melting 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in the pan.
- Gently dip each whole Hawaiian roll into the custard, ensuring every surface is lightly coated, and transfer it to the skillet.
- Cook each roll for about 1 minute on each side, or until a beautifully toasted, golden crust forms. Add additional butter to the skillet as necessary.
- Once cooked, transfer the rolls to your serving platter, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with fresh berries and your choice of syrup.
