Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until well blended.
- To the wet mixture, add the cracker crumbs, onion, garlic, Italian herbs, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the ground turkey to the bowl. Using clean hands or a wooden spoon, gently mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing as this can make the meatloaf tough.
- Transfer the meat mixture to your prepared baking sheet or loaf pan. Shape into a loaf approximately 9x5 inches if using a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Spread about ⅔ of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf, reserving the remainder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, brush the meatloaf with the reserved glaze and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the turkey meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the loaf.
