Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 9 full sheets
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts in even layers on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
