These magic cookie bars are made with chocolate chips, nuts, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk on a buttery graham cracker crust for a delicious American dessert bar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips over the condensed milk, followed by shredded coconut, and top with chopped nuts in even layers.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
