- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all ingredients.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels; season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Place salmon in a shallow baking dish. Pour the glaze over the fillets, turning them once to coat evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. For an extra caramelized crust, broil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Spoon any remaining glaze over the fillets before serving.
