Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound extra-lean ground chicken
  • ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated onion about 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns split and toasted
  • Optional toppings: lettuce tomato slices, cheese, mayo, mustard

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Form each into a ¾-inch thick patty.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Assemble burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments. Serve immediately.
