- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Form each into a ¾-inch thick patty.
- Heat a lightly oiled grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Assemble burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments. Serve immediately.
