- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa over medium heat.
- Bring mixture to a rolling boil and let cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in oats until they’re thoroughly coated in chocolate.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let set for 10–15 minutes.
