- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
- Drizzle in olive oil and pour warm water. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a 12-inch round and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
- Add sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. Bake 8–10 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
