No-Yeast Pizza Crust

This no yeast pizza dough is quick and easy to make without hours of waiting for the dough to rise. Add your favorite pizza toppings for a fun meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil and pour warm water. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a 12-inch round and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Add sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. Bake 8–10 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
