Method
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 2½-quart baking dish with a bit of butter.
- Pour the jasmine rice into the dish, then add water, salt, and vinegar. Gently stir to combine.
- Distribute the butter pieces evenly over the top of the rice.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and fluff the rice with a fork. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
