Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pork tenderloin about 1.5 pounds

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Brush pork all over with olive oil. Generously rub the spice mix into every side of the tenderloin.
  3. Optional: For a deeper crust, sear the pork 1 minute per side in a hot skillet before air‐frying.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) for 5 minutes. Place pork inside on a parchment‐lined rack.
  5. Air‐fry for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until a thermometer reads 145 °F (63 °C) at the thickest part.
  6. Transfer to a cutting board, tent with foil, and rest 5–10 minutes. Slice and drizzle any collected juices over the meat.
