Method
- Prep the pan by lining an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Microwave chocolate chips with the remaining ½ cup peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust, spread evenly, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into 12 bars and serve.
