Peanut Butter Bars

These peanut butter bars are rich, creamy, and taste just like peanut butter cups. Made with just 5 ingredients, these no-bake bars are easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter divided
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • cups powdered sugar
  • cups semisweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Prep the pan by lining an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Firmly press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Microwave chocolate chips with the remaining ½ cup peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust, spread evenly, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut into 12 bars and serve.
