Method
- Line a baking tray with waxed paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
- Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until each strand is coated in the sweet, peanut buttery sauce.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray, forming “haystacks.”
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or until the haystacks are firm.
