- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Romano cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing as this can make your meatballs tough.
- Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are nicely browned on the outside.
- For extra browning, you can broil them for the final 2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
