Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place each egg in a cup of a muffin tin.
- Carefully transfer the muffin tin to the middle rack of your preheated oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes for perfectly set yolks.
- Prepare an ice bath while eggs are baking by filling a large bowl with ice and cold water.
- When baking time is complete, immediately transfer eggs to the ice bath using tongs.
- Let eggs cool completely in the ice bath for at least 10 minutes.
- Gently crack and peel your eggs when they're cool enough to handle.
