- Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and carefully flip the sweet potatoes.
- Return to the oven and roast for another 10-15 minutes until the edges are caramelized and the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar while still hot.
