Ingredients
Method
- Gather all your ingredients and place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together pickle juice, sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper until fully dissolved.
- Pour the pickle brine over the chicken, sealing the bag (or covering the dish) and ensuring the chicken is fully submerged.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the marinade work its magic and tenderize the chicken.
- Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from brine, shaking off excess liquid, and place directly on the hot grill.
- Grill for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy your perfectly grilled pickle brine chicken!
