- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 9×13-inch baking dish on the middle rack to warm while the oven heats.
- Pour the butter into the hot baking dish and let it melt completely, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- In a medium bowl, gently stir together the baking mix and 7-Up soda. Tip: Do not overmix—just bring it together.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough directly into the melted butter, spacing about 1 inch apart for golden edges.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the biscuits are puffed and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving warm.
