- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
- Crack in the eggs, pour in almond milk, and add maple syrup. Stir until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a pat of butter or a splash of oil.
- Use a ¼-cup measure to pour batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip each pancake and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, until golden brown.
- Transfer pancakes to a plate and repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
