- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, dried dill weed, garlic powder, and lemon pepper until smooth.
- Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently toss until each cracker is evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir or shake the pan to rotate crackers for even roasting.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crunchy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
