Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package oyster crackers
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, dried dill weed, garlic powder, and lemon pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and gently toss until each cracker is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir or shake the pan to rotate crackers for even roasting.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crunchy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
