- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly combined.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels; dredge each wing in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large Dutch oven to 375°F (190°C). Use a candy or deep-fry thermometer for accuracy.
- Working in batches, carefully lower wings into hot oil and fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce and melted butter until smooth and well blended.
- Place crispy wings in a large bowl, pour buffalo sauce over top, and toss gently to coat every piece in that spicy, tangy goodness.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite blue cheese or ranch dip for a classic pub-style experience.
