Ingredients
  

  • 4 stalks celery leaves removed
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 cups kale stems removed
  • 2 green apples cored
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/2 lemon peeled

Method
 

  1. Thoroughly wash all produce under cold running water to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Cut the cucumber, celery, apples, and kale into pieces that will fit through your juicer's feed tube.
  3. Set up your juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions and place a collection container under the spout.
  4. Turn on your juicer and alternate feeding in kale, cucumber, celery, apple pieces, ginger, and lemon.
  5. If your juice appears too pulpy, you can strain it through a fine-mesh sieve.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for maximum nutritional benefits.
