Ingredients
  

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients: shred lettuce, halve tomatoes, dice cucumber and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large glass bowl, layer ingredients in order: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Pour dressing evenly over the top. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve cold, scooping through all layers for a perfect bite.
