- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking pan.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top of each chicken breast.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto the mayo-coated side of each chicken piece, creating a crispy crust.
- Place the chicken crust-side up in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to lock in the juicy goodness.
- Serve with a fresh salad, roasted vegetables, or pasta for a complete meal.
