- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour evenly over the chicken.
- Let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 10–15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Then cover with foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove foil and switch oven to broil. Broil for 2–3 minutes until the top is lightly caramelized. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
