Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour evenly over the chicken.
  3. Let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 10–15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Then cover with foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove foil and switch oven to broil. Broil for 2–3 minutes until the top is lightly caramelized. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
