Ingredients
  

  • 10 medium red potatoes quartered
  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 bouillon cube chicken
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

Method
 

  1. Place the quartered potatoes, shredded chicken, carrots, and celery into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and bouillon cube until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the vegetables and chicken. Add pepper, garlic salt, and celery salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on High for 5 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving to blend flavors.
