  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and set up your slow cooker.
  2. Add the frozen corn kernels to the crockpot.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and nestle them among the corn.
  4. Drop in the butter and pour the milk over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
