- Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the tenderloin on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the seared pork to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the pork, making sure it’s evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours, or until the pork reaches 145°F and is tender.
- Remove the pork, let it rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve drizzled with the cooking juices.
