- Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or garlic for extra aroma.
- Place the turkey breast skin-side up in the crockpot. Cover with the lid.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part of the breast.
- Once done, transfer the turkey to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
