- Season the filet mignon steaks with seasoned salt and black pepper, pressing gently to adhere.

- Pour the marinade over the steaks in a shallow dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the marinated steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Top each filet mignon with caramelized onions and a sprinkle of blue cheese before serving.
