Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee espresso or drip
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or granulated sugar to taste
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • Pinch of ground cardamom or cinnamon optional
  • Whipped cream and an orange slice for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee strong. While it’s hot, stir in the orange juice, zest, honey (or sugar), and vanilla until everything is dissolved and fragrant.
  2. In a small saucepan or milk frother, warm the milk with a pinch of cardamom (if using). Froth until silky and slightly voluminous.
  3. Pour the citrus-coffee mixture into your favorite mug. Gently layer the frothed milk on top.
  4. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle a bit of orange zest or cinnamon, and garnish with an orange slice if desired. Sip and savor the spring vibes!
