Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out one package of dough into a 10×12-inch rectangle.
- Layer half of the pepperoni and ham, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge, sealing the seams and ends by pinching gently. Repeat with second dough package and remaining fillings.
- Place both rolls seam-side down on the prepared sheet. Brush each with beaten egg for a shiny, golden crust.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the stromboli is deep golden and the cheese is melted inside.
- Let them rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
