Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 ounce bag coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and place the coleslaw mix in the fridge for extra crispness.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage blend and toss thoroughly so every shred is coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld and the slaw firm up.
  5. Give it one final toss, then serve chilled alongside fried chicken, burgers, or ribs.
