The Best Banana Pudding

This banana pudding recipe is made with vanilla pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk, layered with vanilla wafers and banana slices for an easy no-bake dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 24 oz vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas sliced

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Top with half the pudding mixture.
  4. Add a layer of banana slices, then repeat with remaining wafers and pudding.
  5. Finish with a final banana layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let flavors meld.
