- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened and smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Arrange a layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Top with half the pudding mixture.
- Add a layer of banana slices, then repeat with remaining wafers and pudding.
- Finish with a final banana layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let flavors meld.
