Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup 125g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup 100g panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Gather your tools and ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip into beaten eggs, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry chicken nuggets in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauces.
