- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, gently toss mixed berries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Transfer to the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the berry layer, covering all fruit pockets.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.
- Let your crumble rest 10 minutes to thicken. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
